I met Lillian Fellmann two years ago. She had moved from the Netherlands to the village where I live in Scotland. One day she knocked on my door and I invited her in, apologizing for the mess, ‘I go by energy’, she said. The first, most overwhelming feeling I got from her, was acceptance and non-judgement. I began to tell Lilly about loosing my mother some years previously and started to cry. She immediately made me feel at ease and, in fact, I realised later, so loved, that I was able to release pain and not feel judged. She only saw the light in me, and this is the power of Lilly. She heals through being love, accessing a deeper wisdom than most of us can.

Since in Scotland she has never stopped helping others. She has given workshops on self-healing, taken meditation groups and provided craniosacral work. Along the way, she has kept notes and feedback and has written this up in over 200 pages of text.

Like myself, I know that many others need this information to self-heal. Lilly shows us how to work with the light in our cells and the light outside of our bodies to reinforce our own high vibrational nature. She can give the practical advice we all need for our daily work with pain and emotions, so we can learn to listen to our bodies again and rebalance our thoughts.
