Hi there.. my name is Lily,

My mother has tirelessly travelled the world to help children with special needs through her Special Yoga methods. She has changed the lives of thousands of children and their families in Sri Lanka, India,Thailand, Russia, Nepal, Peru, Spain, Iceland... She is determined to bring sustainable programmes to enhance the lives of children with special needs by providing Special Yoga training to doctors, parents, educators, therapists and those that care for the children.

Two years ago I took part on one of her trainings in Peru and witnessed first hand the profound impact that her work had on children with special needs in an orphanage; and at the yoga centre where she was training others to deliver the work. I am forever amazed by the work she does and the endless love she has for every single child she works with. I will be taking part in the bike ride from London to Brighton to raise much needed funds to help her achieve her mission to reach as many children with special needs as possible
