Gillian Shaw and I have decided to set ourselves a great challenge. Most people that know me know that I am not the most athletic person but I do enjoy a challenge as does Gillian. We are going to be taking part in the 5k Gung-Ho run and obstacle event in Edinburgh in May. This will be a big challenge and we am really looking forward to doing it.

Our chosen two charities to raise money for are The Royal Navy Royal Marines Charity and the Armed Forces Bikers Charity.
The Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity is the principal charity of the Royal Navy. Who exist to support sailors, marines and their families, for life. www.rnrmc.org.uk
The Armed Forces Bikers (AFB) is a United Kingdom based motorcycle charity which aims to assist former serving members of the armed forces in charitable need as a result of injury or other harmful experience suffered during their service, to resettle and rehabilitate into civilian life, also to relieve the needs of former members of the armed forces and their families. www.armedforcesbikers.co.uk

It doesn't matter if you donate £1 or £100 every amount is greatly appreciated to assist us to reach our goal (and hopefully smash it)
