I am running the Manchester Marathon on October 10th 2021. Lots of people have been really supportive in my training and I have decided to not only try and accomplish my ambition of completing a marathon but also to try and raise some money for charity along the way.
I am hoping to raise funds for a local group that supports young people with autism: 'Autism Youth Support' .

Being a person with autism can be really challenging every day. The Longridge Autism Youth Support group is a place where local young people can go to meet and spend time together in an environment where they know they will be accepted for who they are and won't be judged for being different. They can play games, do crafts and discuss things that they are worried about. Or they can just relax and have a brew.
