Hi, my name is Lisa and I have secondary progressive MS. I was diagnosed in 2004 and I now find myself unable to do everyday basic tasks that most people take for granted. Thus I ask if you could please help me halt the progression of my disease any further by donating for HSCT treatment in Mexico because it is not available to me through NHS here in the UK. This amazing treatment involves going to a clinic in Mexico where I will receive chemo to wipe out my existing faulty immune system. My bone marrow will be stimulated to produce new stem cells which will then be harvested and transplanted back to me to establish a brand new healthy immune system.
