Chloe is a 17 year old girl who suffers from a form of muscle eating disorder . This condition has eaten away at her muscles so she now has to wear leg splints to support her whilst on her feet . Sometimes this isn't enough and has to use her wheelchair. The condition has now moved onto her eyes and is affecting her sight . Chloe has now lost the sight in her right eye and nobody can tell her how long she has with her left and when her sight will go completely , Chloe has 3 younger siblings who she would love nothing more than to watch them experience her wish of going to Florida before she loses her sight completely . Chloe is one of the most courageous young ladies around who tries her hardest to get on with everything life has thrown at her , already trying to make sure she is still able to communicate and read by learning Braille while attending the college for the blind . Please let's try and make this wish for 17year old Chloe come true . Let's send her to Florida before she loses her sight!

She was 7 when diagnosed with CMT type 2(part of the muscular dystrophy family) , adhd, this year registered severely sight impaired in February 2016 also severe learning difficulties literacy , maths... all these have made life more tricky for her but he strength and courage just amazes me everyday so proud and even though this can spread to any muscle in her body and is going for breathing testing she still lives life to the full #oneproudmummy please donate even £1.00 I work but I can't get no where near her dream holiday she lost sight in right eye this week and left eye has gone recently but returned I would love for chloe to get her dream before she looses sight completely I am trying to save also please can u help us xxx
