In the news at the moment there is lots of talk about so many people are lonely, they see no one for days on end. And for some they may feel “why dont they do something about it” well sometimes they cant espicially the elderly and disabled in our community. I have worked in the care industry for 20+years now and feel our elderly peoples personal care is looked after but what about there social needs. So with a group of friends we have set up Orchela support services and we want to provide as many different drop in clubs in the areas we live in which are ranging from Newbury to Pewsey. We will offer. Crafts, lunch clubs, cinema clubs, gardening clubs and day trips. The money we raise will help keep activities as cheap as possible and allow more prople to join in . We are running are first art club today in newbury and we hope it will be the first of many thank you for reading.
