I am participating in a skydive with my cousin to do a skydive for her son. Jax is one of triplets that was born 12 weeks early, unforunately during his stay in neo natal Jax developed a bowel infection. 90% of his large intestine got removed and during this time he did not recieve enough oxygen to the brain which resulted in brain damage. At one years old Jax got diagnosed with quadraplegic cerebral palsy, therefore to walk needs an operation called Selective Dorsal Rhizotomoy (SDR). This operation costs £85,000 and is performed in America, which will help Jax learn to walk and be more independant and also take away the pain in his legs.
