Changes is a very close charity to me and my family, as many of you know my family have auffered their fair share of mental health aswell as many friends too. Changes helps many people including my dad, my pantner and myself, attending meetings each week to express feelings concerns and more, making friends that have been in the same situationand have the understanding of what youve gone through and going through. I myself have suffered from depression and anxiety, its a fantasic service which doesnt het much funding. My dad who used changes in times of need is now a coordinator, who runs meetings voluntery to give back for all the help they have given him.
