So anyone who knows me, knows that i dont do exercise. Or at least I didn’t until at 12 months ago when i got bitten by the bug. Before then I couldn‘t run for 30secs, but in May I plan to run my first 5k.

As a fertility nurse i am incredibly privileged to help peoples dream of having a family come true, but not all my patients have a happy ending. This is how I heard of the Snowdrop room in Derriford Hospital and the wonderful work and support they provide to couples that are going through the worst loss imaginable.

I have friends that have made use of these facilites and as a result want to do everything they can to keep the work going and provide money and support to keep this valuable service going.

So this is why I am now here asking you for money - I figure if I am gonna run, I may as well raise money why I am doing it, but most of all I am doing it in memory of Fred Neale Smith and the amazing job his parents do on a daily basis.
