The Animal House are a Birmingham rescue which takes in unwanted and abandoned animals. They do not use kennels instead use foster homes to enable them to see the animals behaviour in a home environment, so any problems can be dealt with and rehomed to the most appropriate new furever home. As most of you know this is a cause very close to my heart both being a big animal lover but this being the rescue that I had my own German Shepherd cross from nearly 10 years ago. I am running the Birmingham Half Marathon to help raise much needed funds for this wonderful rescue.
