In March 2017 our Beautiful friend Louise was sadly diagnosed with a rare and aggressive cancer called Neuroendocrine Carcinoma with a prognosis of 12 months. Lou is the mum of three small boys under the age of 7 who have motivated her to battle every inch of the way where most of us would have given up. She is extremely positive and determined and continues to be so even as her condition continues to deteriorate. We all love her so dearly and stand by her every step of the way while she continues to fight.

Louise and her family have been overwhelmed by the love and support both practically and financially and would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has been part of that support network.

We have spent a lot of time with Louise and Washington discussing a wish list of how to make life at home a bit easier. This wasn't part of their 5-year-plan and with three growing boys, high up on the wish list is making home the best it can be. This will include:
• Swapping and redecorating bedrooms
• Improving storage
• Triple bunk beds for the the boys

Louise and Washington would also like to continue to create memories that will last the family a lifetime.
If we can raise enough money to get these things done it will make such a difference to Lou, Washington and the boys.

Few, if any of us, are in the position to find a cure for cancer. But this shouldn’t mean we have to feel helpless. We all have compassion and that will go a long way to help Lou’s family.
