Lupu (Wolf) is a former Romanian stray dog.

He was found some time ago abandoned in a field by his previous owners due to a medical condition they could not afford to treat. They thought it was a tumour and the vet bills would be too high, therefore left him to fend for himself. One of our amazing rescuers, Teodora, found him wandering the streets alone, with an awfully painful lump on the side of his head. Lupu did not allow her to touch it or have a good luck, as he was in immense distress.

Teodora took him immediately to the vet, who concluded that it wasn't a tumour, but an ear infection (otitis) left untreated, which has reached rotting, pus, extremely painful stages. Lupu was relieved of this pain after a long intervention... THE IMAGES ARE GRAPHIC... but what an amazing job the team at Trauma Surgery Vet have done! Lupu is now fully healed, pain free and very, very grateful!

The whole procedure summed up to £208 which we have as a debt. I have posted the receipt below. We would be so, so grateful if some of you chipped in with few pounds to help us cover these debts or shared this fund raiser so many, many people will see it and cheer alongside for Lupu's life!
