Story
Hello Everyone, I'm Livi from Hungary. I will run the half marathon for the first time in Oxford 08.October 2017. My very personal reason's after a car accident I had to start to learn walking again, and overcome a lot of fears. Doctors said my knees are never ever will be completely healed again.. I thought running would be the last thing I could do, but I started training last April, and it's such a miracle how my stamina's improved and started loving running. It's become a habit and part of my lifestyle... It taught me to be more disciplined and showed me with endurance and faith nothing is impossible, I can achieve things. By running this 13 miles I want to encourage everyone to believe that they're able, and dare to dream and fulfil their wishes. I could die when the car hit me, but I'm alive which means I have things to do and I'm so grateful for that.. All of us going through difficulties and we all need some encouragement to keep going and do not give up. To be honest giving up's much more easier than stay strong and fight. But I believe we can overcome those battles and have the victory. Beyond my personal reason I've decided that I want to support an organization's work with homeless people. Most of the people at the London Jesus Center're enthusiastic volunteers who help with clothing, feeding, job seeking, and all sorts of to help the hopeless people get back to society and have a way back to a normal life. It's not easy, but I can see little things can bring happiness and change lives. If you feel you want to support the volunteers work please make a donation. Even little can be great help for someone to start changing the circumstances and have hope that life's worth for living and even the homeless person's worthy and valued and there 's an open door in front to break through and get help. I believe we can make this earth to a better place if we start acting kindness towards each other and do what we can. Thank You and God bless you All!
