I'm doing a sponsored walk on the 23rd of october for a program called futures in mind that has recently helped give me a new start in life and a chance to reshape my future for the better. It's a project set up to help those recovering from crippling substance addiction and mental health disorders. I feel compelled to help the organisation as without there help I don't know what direction my life would be heading right now.
I've recently become incredibly passionate about this sector of public
health and I want to make sure I can do everything in my power to keep these services going for the many in the future that need the same compassion and help that I required not long ago. Thank you for your time and please, if you can, donate what you can afford .
