Story
I am aiming to volunteer out in Namibia for two weeks in the summer, one week at an animal sanctuary helping to clean, care and nurture the animals, including young baboons, cheetahs, and antelope.
I will also be spending a week working in conservation, tracking animals, laying camera traps and setting live animal traps to capture and mark animals in the Kanaan region of Namibia.
I am hoping to gain experience with animals I have never worked with before, which will also hopefully support my veterinary science application to university.
