Our wonderful little boy Noah Strickland attends Madeley Nursery School in Telford. The nursery has made such a positive impact on Noah after a period in which he had difficulties with his speech development. Trina (Noah's Educator) and her team implemented an Educational Development Plan that has since worked wonders. Noah's confidence has grown massively as a result.

As a way of saying thank you to Trina and the team I enquired if the nursery had any causes or fund raising initiatives for the coming year 18/19 that I could assist with. Trina informed me that the nursery wished to purchase some outdoor educational play facilities that will last the nursery and it's children a lifetime.

After a long consultation with Noah over a packet of cheese and onion crisps, he suggested that this was a very worthy cause because 'he likes playing outdoors....' He also kindly suggested that Dad should get outdoors to help, by running the Chillington Hall Half Marathon in Brewood on the 19th May 2018. I have since started my training.

Therefore it is my intention to raise as much as is possible towards the purchase of the equipment. If we can reach £250+ that would be wonderful.

There are so many other worthy and wonderful causes out there but this is very personal to me. Any help that you can provide by sponsoring me to run the half marathon would be greatly appreciated by the children and staff of Madeley Nursery School.
