In July 2018 I will be going on a trip with the organisation World Challenge where I will be spending three weeks in Nicaragua volunteering in the local community, specifically to help a school by potentially rebuilding/renovating it (to be decided by the community). I feel particularly passionate about doing as much as I can to help whilst out there because despite it being a fantastic cultural trip and experience in general I realise that not all children in my age group have the privileges/opportunities as my friends and I have. I have already been baking, babysitting, depop-ing, cat sitting, car boot selling and hosting coffee mornings but I'm not stopping there. Therefore me and my friends (Floss, Jojo, Kira and Tara in my cover photo) have deliberately decided to challenge ourselves by finding many ways to fundraise and one of the crazy ideas we had would be do to a 16 hour row overnight at school (the most they will allow) on Friday the 29th of September. Although it is very exciting, and slightly mad, we really need your support in order for it to be successful and we would appreciate any donations big or small and/or if you could share this page to help us raise the funds!!
