Our son Ian was diagnosed with MS over 2 years ago, but his MS rapidly made him very unwell. He isn't able to work or leave his bedsit, as he can't stand on its own, his hands are shaking all the time. Ian has tried several drugs which have made him feel worse. He said I am feeling as I got a hangover every day, the bad feeling of it. He feels that his life isn't worth living anymore, as he can't do anything. He is nearly 39 years old, and got his whole life before him. He got a young son and his family, which should be a very good reason for him to fight for. He told us that if he had to chop his leg or arm off to help him to get rid of MS he would He has tried all the medication available on the market, which haven't helped him. To see and listen to him has broken our hearts and we have decided to try to raise some money to help him. His last hope is to undergo a stem cell treatment, which should help him to get better and giving him another chance to take more control over his life and look after his family and maybe even going back to work. This is a new treatment, which isn't readily available yet, but research has shown that this could help him, as they would use his own stem cells, to help his body to fight the MS.
