POVERTY.

One of the most common problems in India. It is said that rural India is the heart of India. In reality, the life of people living in rural areas are marked with severe poverty. Inspite of all the efforts, the condition of poor villagers is far from satisfactory.

I am raising money to donate to the following:

1/ RNC free eye hospital, Valsad, India.

It is an internationally-renowned eye institute that specialises in the diagnosis and management of complex medical and surgical eye disease; and serves as a preeminent provider of routine eye care and refractive, optical and eye trauma services. The RNC free eye hospital has a success rate of 97%.

Statistics: 37 million people across the globe are blind, over 15 million are from India, 3 million (26%) of whom are children. 75% of these are cases of avoidable blindness, thanks to the country's acute shortage of optometrists and donated eyes for the treatment of corneal blindness.

2/ Bhidbhanjan Temple - Valsad, India.

This temple based in my home town village, they provide food for the homeless and the less fortunate, everyday. The money that I will raise will go towards buying food and daily necessities, alongside a donation of clothes and shoes.
