A huge thank you for all the support I've received while completing the Coast 2 Coast. The donations and comments really do help when it's tough going. So far I've raised £659.99 raised which is absolutely amazing. Once all the monies are in and passed to the James Cook University Hospital Prostate Cancer Unit, I'll post my final total plus the grand totals from all 49 cyclists who completed the challenge. C2C stats - 12hrs 39mins in the saddle. 136 miles cycled. 11695 ft climbed.

1653 miles rode, 129 hours in the saddle and 96,713ft climbed. Training for the Coast to Coast is complete and the ride begins tomorrow.

Toughest training ride so far completed yesterday. 5000ft climbed in under 40 miles in very challenging winds. With 4 weeks to go until the Coast to Coast cycle, the fundraising is going well. With Just Giving and my trusty sponsor form I'm on track to hit my aspirational target. Every penny raised will be going to The James Cook University Hospital Prostate Cancer Unit.
