Restart a Heart Day is a designated day of action across Europe with the aim to teach vital life saving cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills to as many people as possible.

This will Resuscitation Councils fourth year bringing young people together up and down the country to learn how to save lives. Restart A Heart Day 2016 saw them partner with the British Heart Foundation, British Red Cross, St John Ambulance and all of UK ambulance services to train an incredible 150,581 young people in life saving CPR in a single day.

Following the success of the 2016 campaign, planning is well underway to make 2017 even bigger and better. Once again they will be working in partnership with key life-saving partners and aiming to deliver training to a further 150,000 young people. They are also encouraging private first aid training providers to get involved and host events this year. However the kit costs £469.20 per kit we need 2 kits to deliver the training for free to as many people that we can fit into the day.
