Marks & Spencer voted JOCA for its local charity of the year. members from the London Coleny store will be competing in a tough mudder to raise funds for the charity.

JOCA is a local charity gaining momentum and  one very close to my heart, as it was inspired by the death of my close friend, who took his own life not too long ago. JOCA aims to improve mental health services for men and take away the stigma surrounding it -In todays society men can feel weak and ashamed in admitting they suffer from depression/anxiety/PTSD and many other mental health issues. The suicide rate for young males is scarily high, much more so than any other group. JOCA offers support services online and in person, and have already received testimonials highlighting how helpful they've been in making positive changes to peoples lives.
