Auto Distraction is a car and motorcycle not for profit group focused on assisting local folk deal with mental health and social inclusion challenges by providing a safe and welcoming space to come together. The groups glue is the love of the hobby we enjoy, that being cars & motorcycles. People from all walks of life and age are welcome.

Located at Kempleton Mill Twynholm (former home of F1 champion David Coulthard), the centre will offer an automotive workshop and social area free of charge to all service users. We know that like many hobbies, they can serve as an outlet or distraction when struggling with poor mental health hence our name, Auto Distraction!

We truly believe that we can make a positive difference to this section of our community with car culture playing a huge part of the UK social scene. Being an unincorporated association, our access to funding is limited so we are reaching out to everyone who would be keen to support us in making this a huge success.
