After leaving the forces I personally had difficulty settling in to normal life and realised I needed help to overcome ptsd symptoms such as anxiety. realising this is a problem for many ex serviceman who need support and help I would like to start up a group whereby people can meet, chat and make new friends As sometimes this is for some people is the hardest thing to do. i would like to arrange team building activites , so after my first event the 100k im now arranging a veterans walk of the black mountians the fan dance ,so far the money raised has helped a couple of veterans so far which is a great feeling i still want to hit my target evry little helps .
