Charlotte and I are walking the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge on July 30 for our close friend Jake.

Jake was born with Cerebral Palsy, there is currently a life changing operation available called Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy. Unfortunately this surgery is not available on the NHS and needs to be self-funded.

I am reaching out to everybody to try and make this achievable. A few of my family and friends will be doing various charitable events over the up and coming months.

For Jake to have this operation would be life changing, it will help Jake's mobility in the short and long terms by relaxing the muscles in his legs.
