Well that was an interesting morning. Swam across the Humber to raise funds for the Humber Rescue. Got to have a ride on a speedboat, surf some waves and travel nearly 3x the actual distance from bank to bank to get across the river. Some strong tides and currents out there today. Just over a week to go - getting excited now. I've successfully completed a couple of big swims now, including a very windy, rainy and choppy crossing of Rutland Water, and am confident about swimming the distance. Thank you for all your donations, Matthew
