I hate running.

I'm not good at running.

I know let's do a 10k cross country run up and down the steep hills of Surrey on a Saturday morning!

If I'm going to do this then I may as well raise some money in exchange for my pain! (8 weeks ago I managed a grand total of 1.4km on my first "run")

I do quite a lot of volunteer work for MEAction a US charity that works on advocacy for Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME sometimes known as CFS)

They are looking to employ a full time UK coordinator and are raising funds hoping to do this later in 2018.
