As most of you know, my amazing daughter Daniella was diagnosed with Autism three years ago. Our journey has been interesting to say the least. It has been fun, heartbreaking, happy, sad, mind bending and absolutely exhausting. But i would not change any of it.

From the very early days at the start of our ASD journey, we discovered Little Heroes. I am not exaggerating when i say that they saved me from going completely crazy. The support they offer is beyond amazing, as are all of the special events they put on for our Little Heroes throughout the year. They are a small charity that are an adult led Autism Support group, who have been and continue to be, so valuable to us and to the many many other families they help.

So. As many of you also know, i started the Couch to 5K back in November. With this in mind, i will be running a 5K Virtual Marathon in April (- when i first started this, it was a real struggle to even run for the first 90 seconds that is required, so running 5k will not be an easy task -) this will be to help raise some money for this most deserving charity that is so close to my heart, so that they can continue to do all of the amazing things that they do. Without them, so many families would be lost.
