Story
On 19 September 2017 with an estimated magnitude of Mw 7.1 and strong shaking for about 20 seconds. It was epicentered about 55 km (34 mi) south of the city of Puebla. The earthquake caused damage in the Mexican states of Puebla and Morelos and in the Greater Mexico City area, including the collapse of more than 40 buildings. Although Mexico's SASMEX earthquake warning system gave 20 seconds' advance notice in Mexico City, 342 people were killed throughout the region (including 203 in Mexico City),and more than 6,000 were injured.
As many of you may know, my country is facing a terrible moment. Thousands of people have lost their home. It is so sad and being so far from them, is frustrating as there is not much we can do.
On Sunday 15th October I'm booked to do a tandem skydiving with Go SkyDive .
It is something that I've been waiting to do for a long time now and I feel it is a wonderful excuse to do it for a good cause.
This is my way to contribute to raise money for those affected on the 19.09.2017 earthquake in Mexico. I am physically far from my country, but my heart is still there.
Please join me through this adventure and help me to help.
Half of the money we raise will go to the Save the Children to its Emergency Fund that will help them scale up this vital response, ensuring children affected by this disaster are protected.
And the other half will go to World Vision that will help provide urgent relief and long-term recovery to families in the worst-hit areas.
The UK has welcomed me and my family and is full of good people. I know the time is short, but I'm confident that together we can make it.

That love will go straight to people that need it the most. As I told you before, I have two charities that help vulnerable children around the world. This time we're helping those children affected by last year's earthquake in Mexico. One is Save the Children and the other World Vision. I've made the transfer by paypal. Thank you for everything.
