Story
6 years ago I was diagnosed with an incurable liver condition and face the prospect of needing a liver transplant. I cannot speak highly enough of the work the transplant unit here in Edinburgh continue to provide. Not only do they support the patient, but also their family and friends.
I previously in 2015 completed a 25 mile walk for a local charity and I plan to do the same this time.
My route will start in Gullane on Sunday 2nd Sept and will follow The John Muir walk along the coast and finishing in Holyrood Park.
I have been training and absolutely loving the support of my walking family!!
This money will hopefully go towards helping to continue the support given whether it be through support sessions, patient support groups or information leaflets /materials.
Thank you for your support.
