This Sunday the 29th of July I’m participating in the Ride London 100 mile sportive, with these two guys. For the past 6 months we’ve been training hard and now finally have the terrible tan lines to prove it...

Confident we’ll complete the longest ride we’ve ever done, I’ve taken the opposite approach to my training and left the fundraising last minute... However I hope this short sharp burst will get me over the hill (sorry) and towards my target!

To mark 7 years since my first course, I’m raising money to help people who stutter who are in need of financial assistance to have access to The McGuire Programme by creating a scholarship fund.

The McGuire Programme is a life-changing course that helps people to control their stutter and become better speakers.

My quality of life, experience at university and work have improved beyond measure since my first course 7 years ago. I now live a life where I enjoy speaking! This wasn’t always the case, without the courses and support network of the programme I wouldn’t be as enabled as I am now in life.

Every penny realised will go towards helping someone else realise those dreams and live a life where they control their stutter and it doesn’t control them.

Any donation, large or small, will be greatly appreciated, and help someone more than you know.
