Story
Numerous people very close to me have suffered a Stroke in the last three years, my mum in law in Huddersfield and friends of the family at home in Pembrokeshire. We've travelled between the two places countless times.
I'm intending to cycle the journey today (Saturday 14th July 2018) and 'I've set myself the target of cycling the 240 miles in 24 hours including riding through the night and will be unsupported and riding on my own

6 years agoGreat ride Arrived Neyland Yacht Club Sunday morning 1140 hrs - 240 miles - 19 hours 55 minutes with no sleep I did however fail to drink my full pint of cider at the Club! Thanks ever so much to everyone for the support not only in terms of the generous donations but also the texts and phone calls en route What is more, the pledges and donations are looking to triple the initial target which will allow some serious tangible outcomes Thanks once again & I will update on the outcomes in due course Mike
