As this fundraising is going to close in the next few days (while I am on holiday) I thought I would put up a final post. My most recent weigh in put me at 13st 13lbs so lost over 2.5st in total. I have also continued my exercise regime and my plan is to keep the wieght off now. I want to say thank you to everybody who has supported me both morally and financially. With this support I was able to hit my personal targets and also the fundraising target by some margin. I have been humbled by people's kindness and won't forget it. M

Morning! Weighed this morning and.. 14st 6lbs so that is 3lbs lost and target actually beaten!! Target was 14st 7lbs.I am genuinely surprised that I have managed to lose 29lbs in 7 weeks. In my mind I was expecting another month or so, but I’m not complaining! I can’t thank all of you enough for the moral and financial support that has helped me cross the winning line. I think that if I had tried to do this on the quiet it definitely would have taken me longer because self-motivation only goes so far.

Morning all Another weekly update for you – with a bit of luck these will be ending shortly. This morning I was 14st 9lbs so another 3lbs lost and only 2lbs to go to hit my original target of losing 2st and hitting 14st 7lbs!!
