My mum had taken her £500 savings out of her bank to pay for something and unfortunately the envelope has fallen out of her coat. We have tried the bank CCTV (they haven't been very helpful at all) the police and spreading the word on social media but with no luck. She is absolutely devastated and so I am making it a mission to get some, if not all of her money back. It was her savings and I feel so sad for her that she has lost it and nobody was honest enough to hand it in..... I know that there are honest, good people in the world but not on this occasion it would seem.

Mum does so much for everybody that this was the least I could do to try and help. You might all think I'm nuts but she means so much to me and to see her so sad is heartbreaking. I want to restore her faith in humanity.
