Our daughter is in her second year at university and going to volunteer with Travelteer Impact in one of the most deprived areas in Sri Lanka to teach both English and Sports to children aged 3 - 5 years in nursery and primary school settings. Our daughter has raised almost all the money required through hard work along her studies and saving as much as possible. We, as her parents, have supported her as much as our means allow. However, she still needs to raise £500 towards the trip and funding the education project in Sri Lanka. We feel every child has the right to an education and by volunteering on this worthwhile cause it will help disadvantaged children to get themselves out of poverty.
