Story
On 1st September 2018, a number of our staff members are taking part in an annual charity bike ride, this year raising funds for St. Michael in the Hamlet Community Primary School in Liverpool and Croftcroighn Primary School and Nursery in Glasgow.
Croftcroighn Primary School is purpose built to meet the needs of children with complex additional support needs, including cognitive, sensory, communication and physical impairments from P1 to P7.
St. Michael in the Hamlet Community Primary School is a mainstream school with a specialist facility specifically designed for children with autism.
The bike ride will consist of riders cycling from Newcastle to Berwick Upon Tweed on day 1, Berwick Upon Tweed to our Edinburgh Office on day 2 and the final day consisting of a cycle from our Edinburgh office to our Glasgow Office – a total distance of 200 miles.
These schools carry out work that is close to our staff’s hearts and we are extremely grateful for any donations received.
