** UPDATE MARCH 2019 . With the Public Inquiry being weeks away, we urgently need to reach the remaining target. This is for our legal representation at the 4 Day Inquiry which will determine whether the fields are saved for us and future generations to enjoy. Thank you for your generosity to date, it is very much appreciated.

We made a Village Green application on the fields of Cefn Yr Hendy Miskin in August 2017. We received an objection from the Welsh Ministers and TGDL which was very complex legally. We needed legal help to respond to this objection to ensure our case is put forward properly and to try to get us to public enquiry. At this stage we are fundraising to pay legal costs, which will write our response to that objection and to argue the application must be heard at public enquiry. If we fail to get to public enquiry we have failed all together. If we get to public enquiry, we are in with a chance of registering the land as a village green, which will mean we can continue to enjoy it for years to come in its natural state. PLEASE give what you can and think of what these fields mean to you and your family.
