Bryony, Jen, and Tom of Manx Whale and Dolphin Watch have decided to attempt to make it through the entire month of June without single use plastics! Plastic pollution is a huge problem at the moment and has a massive impact on our beloved oceans and the amazing animals that live there. We hope our efforts in June will raise awareness of this issue and highlight how you can make a difference in your lives.

The month is definitely going to be a challenge as plastic really is everywhere in our daily lives at the moment, but we're up to the challenge and we want to share our story with you.

If you're inspired by our challenge and impressed with our efforts we would kindly receive a donation to contribute to the running of Manx Whale and Dolphin Watch. Particularly, we will be directing these funds towards the purchase of an exciting new piece of equipment - a hydrophone. This allows us to detect whales, dolphins, and porpoises through the sounds they make, and adds an important new aspect to our research work.
