Beccy and I are running the Cardiff half marathon to raise money for Tender, an arts charity working with young people to prevent domestic abuse and sexual violence by promoting healthy relationships based on equality and respect. Too many people suffer from relationship abuse, and it destroys lives. We would be so grateful for any donation! http://tender.org.uk/
