My mum and I are running a 10k in September 2018 in Kew Gardens, London.

A goal we share is to become less couch potatoey and more fit and active this summer, but we are also hoping to raise money for the Family Counselling Trust. This small but vitally important charity works in Dorset, offering a low cost counselling service to children, young people and their families, providing counselling sessions from £5.

We would love to raise as much as possible to make sure they can continue their amazing work and support the mental health of our community !!!
