Ive chose this charity as its very close to my heart . The counselling hub is set up in mold . Its offers counselling for many people with mental health deapresson anxiety self harm & suicide thoughts . As am sure everyone can agree we have lost amazing people we love due to mental health . People are suffering due lack of help and support available and waiting list to see mental health team is unbelievable . No one should suffer in silence or alone . Mental health is effecting more & more famliys each year . So as a community of mold and surrounding areas i think its time to stand together as one and if we help by raising money and more awareness that there is help out there and people are willing to listen and help you see there is light again at the bottom of that dark hole . Together we are famliy and its ok not to be ok
