8 years ago, I lost my beloved grandmother and grandfather to cancer within 3 months of each other.

Before their sad passing, they were cared for by the incredible Tŷ Olwen specialist palliative care unit based in Morriston Hospital.

I cannot express how wonderful this unit and its staff are. They treat both their patients and their families with dignity, care and more compassion than I ever thought possible. They go above and beyond where ever possible.

Tŷ Olwen Trust was formed with the purpose of supporting the Tŷ Olwen hospice ............ so it is necessary for the Tŷ Olwen Trust to raise additional funds to provide the level of care they feel their patients and their families deserve.

Because this Charity is so close to my heart, I have decided to take on the challenge of cycling from Paris to Swansea to raise as much money as possible for Tŷ Olwen Trust.
