Young British Racing Driver, Nathan Clifford, had a serious accident while taking part in the British Karting Championships at Whilton Mill.

Sadly, Nathan was knocked unconscious and sustained significant trauma to his brain. He has undergone life saving craniotomy to reduce the swelling.

Nathan is making small steps and is currently largely breathing for himself, but remains in a coma.
