Story
Homelessness in Canterbury is a prominent issue that we are trying to address. As part of the National Citizen Service (NCS) we have decided to initiate a project to provide the homeless with a 'care-package' containing essential items. The contents are items such as sanitary products, food and hotlines for homelessness and mental health such as the Samaritans and Porchlight.
Any remaining money from the fundraising which is not used to fill the care-packages with supplies will be given to the charity to fund their costs.

7 years agoAgain, a huge thank you to all who have supported our cause through this page. I can't believe the sum of money that this page has created and it will do a world of good for the charity. However, we will need to close this page on the 19th August. This is in line with the end date of our project and the time within which we need to get the funds to the charity. If you, or anyone you know would be willing to donate then please direct them to this page. Stephen.
