That was my hardest Great North Run yet but one of the most enjoyable ones. The crowd support was amazing. I am aching from top to bottom today. A big thank you to all of you that sponsored me to reach my target. Some of which I don't even know.

Just 2 weeks 2 go to the Great North Run. Havn't been able to train much this week after going over on my ankle last weekend but hopefully be able to put a long one in this week some time. In just over 2 weeks I will be doing another Great North Run. This year is going to be a special one, as it is on the same day as the 15th year anniversary of 9 / 11. So I'm doing it for the firefighters charity. Who support injured firefighters and their families in the UK.
