Myself and Kez are taking part in the Edinburgh Half Marathon to raise money for a summer mission trip with the Christian charity Carpathian Aid. For two weeks I will be at Casa Harului, a holiday centre for disabled and disadvantaged children in the Deva and Hunedoara area of Romania. I will be part of a team supporting two camps - one for people with disabilities and another for children with downs syndrome and their families. Alongside Romanian leaders, we aim to give the participants the best holiday possible through games, crafts, worship and so much more. We do this in order to share God's love with them, and to teach them about the Good News of Jesus Christ.
