100 Miles Running the Cotswold Way over 4 days!

I'll admit i'm rather late starting fundraising for this event, considering I have just done it, however I actually didn't think I would even start it, let alone finish it due to an injury I picked up on the Nashville Marathon.

I am raising money for two charities - One for Cancer research in memory of my Uncle Graham, good friend Geoff Dunford and colleague Dave Knott who all passed away in 2017.

And also for The Julian Trust - A night Shelter In Bristol. Helping the homeless is close to my heart as I feel very lucky to have an amazing family, great friendship group and support network and I am very blessed with where I live when others are not so fortunate.

I have never been in so much pain in my life (and it's not subsiding)

.... so please give generously as it will help make this slightly more bearable.
