I am fundraising to be able to buy a racing wheelchair.

I currently enter races in my every day wheelchair. Whilst I am grateful for the chair I do have it is just not up to racing standard.

I have just completed 10k in this chair and won the Senior Women's Scottish Wheelchair 10k Championships.

A racing wheelchair would mean I could train and compete more safely and increase my speeds. I could also take part in track events.

I would also be able to continue my voluntary work in helping to coach young people in their racing wheelchairs. As I would be able to hit the track with them as well as coaching from the side.
