I am travelling to Monterrey, Mexico on 22 April for HSCT treatment at the Clinic Ruiz. HSCT is a treatment which involves harvesting stem cells and undergoing a dose of chemotherapy before the stem cells are reintroduced. The idea is that the chemotherapy wipes out the immune system and the body forgets the MS. Many people have seen improvements of their MS symptoms following this treatment.

I have already raised £25,800 via JustGiving which I have now closed as I had to access the funds to pay for the treatment, flights etc. This new campaign is to cover the remainder of the post-treatment costs - I will need to arrange private care to administer Rituximab infusions when I return for up to one year. I will also need extensive physiotherapy to get my legs moving again.
